We design training projects with universities to give students hands-on experience. We run focused courses on Digital Skills and innovation, alongside our Language Academy, to quickly improve people's professional confidence and make them qualified for high-demand jobs across India

We secure funding and promote our work.
Our job is to find and manage major Corporate Partnerships to fund and support our projects. We also manage all public Events and Outreach, ensuring our projects are well-known and that we connect with the right audience. We make sure LEMP Ltd. is visible, supported, and successful in the market.
Impact & Empowerment
We run projects for social good and fairness.
This division focuses on delivering measurable change through social projects. We manage initiatives for Sustainability and Social Impact and champion the Women's Empowerment Initiative. Every project in this group is designed to promote fairness, leadership, and a tangible, positive change in the lives of people in our communities.
